As part of the FMC’s commitment to maintaining high standards of family mediation practice, FMC members ensure their family mediators adhere to a Code of Practice.

This Code of Practice outlines the aims, objectives and scope of family mediation. The Code also details the general principles of family mediation as well as the training and conduct standards which can be expected from all FMC mediators.
