The FMC has published a consultation regarding family mediators drafting consent orders. This follows the FMC’s review of its Code of Practice earlier this year, during which the board identified this issue as one which needed further consideration. We welcome the views of anybody who has an interest in family mediation. The consultation will close on 31st January 2017.
