A research team at the University of Exeter has published a Briefing Paper and Report on Key Findings as a result of its Creating Paths to Family Justice project. A video has also been produced as part of the project, which explains what mediation is, and shows examples of mediation in practice.
The Family Mediation Council was one of a number of partners in this project.
