Process-junkie, James first trained as a mediator in the late 1980s under Yvette Walczyk [wow that takes us back] and within 40 years (via negotiating, litigating, collaborating, arbitrating, round-tabling & one-lawyering [shaky first outings for new present participles there] ) that penny finally had finally dropped: that if you had to choose one … well mediation probably is the robust base-plate.
