Paul Linsell is an experienced family law solicitor and mediator. He is partner and head of the family law team at Boyes Turner in Reading. As a mediator, Paul has over ten years of experience, is fully accredited via the Family Mediation Council and is able to practice using a hybrid mediation model. He is also recognized by Chambers & Partners as an eminent ‘ADR practitioner’. Whether acting as a solicitor or mediator, Paul is known for his pragmatic, constructive and creative approach. |

Caron Kipping is one of the UK’s leading Divorce Coaches and a domestic abuse specialist, having worked in the sector for over 16 years, supporting men and women recover from abusive relationships. Caron is an IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advocate) and supports clients in Family Court, advocates for them in safeguarding processes and has in-depth knowledge – ensuring her clients feel safe and supported whilst they go through divorce.
Caron trains mediators and other professionals to improve the response to domestic abuse and is passionate about helping people understand the dynamics of coercive control. |
