Adam Green is a Chartered and Certified Financial Planner at Mazars Financial Planning and works with Business Owners and Families alike. Adam works collaboratively with clients to make better and more informed financial decisions as part of the separation process. Adam helps people navigate the complex financial landscape that often comes with the dissolution of a marriage or relationship to ensure financial stability and security.

Suzanne Smales is a qualified barrister both in the UK and Australia. Upon moving to Australia in 2010, she took the opportunity to requalify as a barrister, but also to concentrate on qualifying as a Mediator and a Collaborative Lawyer. Since returning to the UK in 2022 Suzanne has been a passionate advocator of non- litigious dispute resolution. Most recently Suzanne has moved back to Australia – Melbourne this time – where she hopes to continue promoting non-adversarial dispute resolution. She is also a Family Law supervisor.
Sarah Manning is a Partner at Hall Brown and practices as both a solicitor and mediator dealing with financial and children matters. Sarah is a hybrid mediator specialising in complex, high net worth mediation cases by utilising other professionals working with separated families. Sarah is also a trained child inclusive mediator and can speak to children within the mediation process if appropriate.
