Getting Involved in FMW – a guide for mediators & other professionals

Family Mediation Week will take place from 26 – 30 January 2026.

Throughout the week the FMC and its member organisations promoted family mediation to members of the public and other professionals working with separating families.

Here are some resources which mediators might find helpful for Family Mediation Week, now and in the future.

1. Registered mediators and their marketing colleagues can watch the recent FMC marketing seminar for hints and tips about how to increase your marketing activity.
2. Add the FMW logo to your e-mail footer, and a link to the FMW page on the FMC website.

4. Come to an in-person event 
5. Follow us on LinkedIn to access resources to share 
6. Once you have thought about what you will do to reach out to your local community, tell us! Make your pledge to promote mediation on social media along with hashtags #mymediatorpledge and #familymediationweek
