Register with the FMC for the first time
To register with the FMC for the first time as working towards accreditation, please download the Guidance on first registration and the Registration Form. You can tell the FMC about any additional working addresses by completing and sending in the Supplementary Practice Form
Each mediator must re-register with the FMC on an annual basis in Spring each year. We will contact you to invite you to renew your registration.
Re-registration takes place through our online system – please log in here. If you are unsure of the e-mail address you used to register with us please call us on 01707 594055, Monday – Friday, 9am – 3pm.
Register updates & information relating to your registration
You can log back in to the registration system (see Annual Registration above) at any time to:
- View and download a receipt for your Registration Fee;
- View and download your FMC Registration Certificate;
- Amend the private address or phone number we hold for you; or
- Update your communication preferences.
If there are any changes to the details we hold for you on the public FMC Register, such as a change in Membership Organisation or PPC, a change of public address, or in your qualifications, please e-mail us at email@example.com
