Are you a Family Mediation Council Accredited (FMCA) Mediator looking to join a dynamic, professional, and high-quality mediation service? Kee Mediation is a growing family mediation service based in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, with mediations delivered online.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and accredited FMCA Family Mediator to join our team. You will work with families experiencing separation and conflict, helping them to reach agreements on all issues, child arrangements and financial settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conducting online family mediation sessions in accordance with FMC standards.
– Managing a varied caseload of clients, ensuring a professional, supportive, and impartial approach.
– Completing MIAMs (Mediation Information & Assessment Meetings).
– Preparing documentation, including ‘Memorandums of Understanding’ and ‘Open Financial Statements’.
– Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the highest service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
– FMCA accredited mediator (essential).
– Experience in delivering family mediation, including financial and child-related disputes.
– Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
– Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
– Confident with delivering mediation services remotely via video conferencing.

Vacancy for a FMCA mediator to join The Family Tree Centre in Darlington
The Family Tree Centre in Darlington are looking to recruit a FMCA mediator. The position is based at our centre in the heart of Darlington, newly opened to offer private and social care services to families throughout Darlington and County Durham. The preferred candidate would have two years or more experience and be qualified to sign court documents and work with private and legal aid funded clients.
