We are able to provide:-
- a continuous supply of online family mediation work with both private and legally aided clients due to our national reach, connections and marketing.
- Administrative assistance from our Mediation Support Team
- Access to an in house PPC plus our community of mediatorswith a wide variety of backgrounds and experience.
- The opportunity for you to work for us on a self-employed basis where you earn 40% of the fees – for a minimum of two days a week but with flexibility for managing your diary to suit your circumstances and the potential to work up to full-time.
- A child-focused model of mediation with the opportunity to practice Child Inclusive Mediation or access our CIM qualified mediators within the team for collaboration on your cases.

We are looking for self-employed accredited mediators and mediators working towards accreditation (preferably close to completing their portfolio) who are registered with the FMC. You don’t have to live in Essex or London. To join our friendly team, all you need is a zoom account and a google calendar and be able to meditate online one or two days a week. We are an established and very busy practice conducting private work (including the government voucher scheme). Great rates of pay. About You:
- You are accredited (FMCA) or Experienced WTA and submitting your portfolio within the next 2–3 months
- You can commit a minimum of three full days per week to Mediate UK

The Family Tree Centre in Darlington are looking to recruit a FMCA mediator. The position is based at our centre in the heart of Darlington, newly opened to offer private and social care services to families throughout Darlington and County Durham.
